TERMS OF SERVICE
The simple rules.
These terms apply when you use this website or order from The Prep Spot, the meal-prep service by the team behind The Bowl Spot in Chiang Mai. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Your account
You need an account to place orders. Keep your login details private and your contact details and addresses up to date. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Orders
An order sent from the website is a request. It becomes an order once our team confirms it with you on LINE or WhatsApp. We may decline or adjust a request, for example if an item or delivery slot is unavailable. Order before noon, Bangkok time, for next-day delivery; each delivery needs at least two meals.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Thai baht and shown on the website. Delivery fees depend on your zone and are confirmed by our team. Pay by Thai QR, cash on delivery or Pay.n.Joy credit, as agreed when your order is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
Message us on LINE or WhatsApp to change or cancel an order before noon the day before delivery. After that the kitchen has started preparing, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver within our Chiang Mai zones in the slot agreed with you, or you can collect from the kitchen or send your own Grab Express. Please make sure someone can receive the meals. Once delivered, keep them refrigerated and follow the storage and reheating instructions.
Allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about allergies in your profile and in a kitchen note, and confirm them with our team before your order is confirmed. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any meal is completely free of them. Nutrition values are estimates.
Problems with an order
If something is missing or wrong, message us the same day with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement, credit or refund.
Pay.n.Joy credit
Top-ups and bonus credit follow the tiers shown on the Pay.n.Joy page. Credit does not expire and can be used for meal prep and at The Bowl Spot, but not for Grab Food orders. You can ask for a refund of your remaining eligible balance; VAT and bonus credit are not refundable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when your order is confirmed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
