Where can I use it?
For meal prep, custom bowls, weekly sets and dining at The Bowl Spot. Grab Food orders use a separate payment channel and are excluded.
What if I leave Chiang Mai, or run out of credit?
You can request a refund of the remaining eligible balance; VAT and bonus credits are non-refundable. If an order exceeds your balance, the team will contact you for a top-up.
