The idea came from conversations at our restaurant. You wanted an easier healthy routine, less time spent cooking, and meals that fitted your individual goals.
So we kept The Bowl Spot as your friendly neighborhood eatery, and created a dedicated delivery service. The Prep Spot was born — originally as Feels Food meal prep.
Our seven-person team has delivered over 10,000 meals in a year. We’re looking forward to cooking for you.

We moved from reusable glass containers to heat-sealed sugarcane bagasse trays to make daily deliveries easier. We care about what goes into your food, and what happens to the packaging afterwards.
Follow the storage and reheating instructions supplied with your order. Tray and film disposal guidance will be confirmed with our packaging supplier.
